Username and password
Voomly Cloud access requires your username and password. These credentials are the same you use to login normally.
Having trouble accessing your account?
Please email us at support@voomly.com and make sure to include the email associated with your account! Note that you can always select, "Forgot Password" on the login page as well.
Anti-Virus Alert
Sometimes our "update.exe" file will trigger an anti-virus alert. Your computer is alerting you as a precaution, but you can verify that the update comes directly from us and will provide you with a better app experience. See this FAQ answer for more information.
